Product Overview
Japanese-to-English conversion for the Toyota NSZN-Z66T, supplied on a prepared SD card. After successful conversion, the card can be removed and safely stored for future recovery if the head unit loses power following battery disconnection.
This listing is specifically for NSZN-Z66T. Head-unit hardware is not included.
Compatibility and Required Information
Contact DASHMOD INFOTAINMENT on WhatsApp before ordering. Send your vehicle make, model and year, together with a clear photograph of the complete head unit.
We will guide you through obtaining the head unit’s Bluetooth MAC ID and Wi-Fi MAC ID. Both are mandatory before we prepare your update file. Send these identifiers privately, not in public reviews.
Vehicle make, year and screen appearance alone do not confirm compatibility. Use only the update supplied for your confirmed unit.
Conversion Features
- English-language audio and media playback controls.
- English Bluetooth connection menus.
- English sound-adjustment menus, including equaliser, balance and listening-position controls.
- English navigation controls and selected system and maintenance settings.
- Removal of Japanese voice announcements.
Important Limitations
This is an interface-language conversion, not a complete translation of every screen. Some startup notices, diagnostic screens and other model-specific content may remain in Japanese.
The FM tuning range remains 76–90 MHz. This conversion does not expand the radio frequency range.
The conversion does not install replacement maps for Kenya or another region. Translated navigation or connected-service menus do not establish local availability of those services.
Features depend on the head unit and vehicle configuration. Head-unit hardware is not included.
Prepared SD Card with Courier Delivery
The prepared card costs KSh 8,500, excluding delivery.
CHUI delivery costs KSh 500 to a confirmed supported collection point within Nairobi and its environs. For locations outside CHUI coverage, another courier may be used; the charge and delivery arrangements will be confirmed with you before dispatch.
Pay the product amount when ordering. Delivery is charged separately and must also be paid before dispatch. You may request a delivery quote before paying for the product.
Dispatch is within 24 hours after compatibility confirmation, receipt of both required MAC IDs, verification of full product and delivery payment, and confirmation of delivery arrangements. This is a dispatch timeframe, not an arrival guarantee.
If you decline the courier quote before dispatch, we will refund your product payment in full. Courier cards and in-person installation products must be ordered separately.
SD Card with In-Person Installation
KSh 9,500 includes the prepared card and installation at DASHMOD INFOTAINMENT, Elgon Court, Ralphe Bunche Road.
Your vehicle must be present. Provide both required MAC IDs, obtain compatibility confirmation and arrange an appointment before travelling.
Payment is due after successful installation. If installation is unsuccessful, neither the prepared card nor installation is charged.

Installation and Card Retention
Your order includes one prepared English-conversion SD card for your compatibility-confirmed Toyota NSZN-Z66T. A separate restart card is not required for this ready English update.
- Follow the supplied NSZN-Z66T installation instructions to access the MAP SD slot, not the Audio SD slot. If an original map card is fitted, remove it as instructed and keep it safe.
- Insert the prepared English-conversion card and follow the supplied instructions to begin loading.
- Allow loading and any automatic restarts to finish. Do not switch off accessory power, disconnect the battery or remove the card while the update is running.
- Confirm that the head unit has started successfully and displays the English interface.
- Once conversion is complete, remove the conversion card as directed in the supplied instructions and store it safely. It does not need to remain installed for normal use after successful conversion.
Retain your conversion card for future recovery. It may be needed to restore the English interface following power loss caused by vehicle-battery disconnection. Do not format the card, delete or modify its files, or reuse it for music or other storage.
Do not disconnect the battery solely to force an installation restart. If an unexpected warning, ownership-code prompt or loading problem appears, contact DASHMOD INFOTAINMENT before proceeding.
